Is there a minimum order quantity?
Our MOQ is one trade pack per style — no large overall spend minimum.
Do I need a registered business to open a trade account?
We welcome registered companies, sole traders and partnerships. You’ll need to show evidence of trading, such as a business bank account, Companies House listing, or an active online shop/marketplace listing.
How long does account approval take?
Most accounts are approved within 24–48 hours of registering.
Are your prices inclusive or exclusive of VAT?
All listed prices are exclusive of VAT. Standard-rate VAT is added at checkout.
How quickly do you dispatch orders?
Orders placed before [time] are dispatched the same working day.
Can I mix sizes within a pack?
Each pack comes with a fixed size ratio to ensure a balanced size run. Custom size ratios may be available on larger orders — contact our trade team to discuss.
Do you offer credit accounts?
New accounts pay in full before dispatch. Credit terms may be available to established accounts with a consistent order history — contact our trade team to discuss.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Confirm actual policy once decided — leave as a placeholder until finalised.
